We understand the challenges that come with a new diagnosis, and our goal is to provide comprehensive support to help you navigate this journey with confidence.

What We Offer

  1. Medical Care Linkage: We connect you with our partner medical care facilities to ensure you receive the necessary medical attention and treatment for HIV.
  2. Support Services: To qualify for our free Our range of support services is tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals newly diagnosed with HIV. These services include:
    • Baseline laboratory support, including CD4 testing and viral load testing.
    • Mental health services to address any emotional or psychological challenges.
    • Partner services to assist in notifying and testing partners.
    • Support groups for sharing experiences and receiving peer support.
    • Advanced HIV services for specialized care and treatment.
    • Case management services to coordinate your care and access to resources.
    • HIV and aging support services for individuals navigating HIV as they age.
    • Transportation services to ensure you can attend medical appointments and support sessions.
    • Medication adherence support to help you stay on track with your treatment.
    • Medication delivery services for added convenience.
    • Long-acting injectable treatment services (coming soon) for alternative treatment options.
